External audit to Integrated Management System was a success

ALERT’s external audit was conducted by the independent entity LUSAENOR on September 18, 19 and 20, 2017.
After a successful external audit process, ALERT’s Integrated Management System (IMS) maintained its certifications in the scope of the following standards: ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management) and OHSAS 18001:2007 specifications (Occupational Safety and Health Management).
The three-day audit actively involved the whole team. Moreover, at the end of the auditing process the auditors concluded that there was clear evidence of “technical command and assertiveness” on behalf of ALERT’s professionals.
The next external audit is to happen in 2018 at which point ALERT will have implemented and transited to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
